Carolina reaper finishing salt

We start with our organic Carolina reaper peppers, dehydrate them and mix with a high quality flake finishing salt. The reaper tops out at 2 million on the Scoville scale, however the heat is scary but the flavor is fantastic. Using just a bit gives you the enjoyment of the flavor without paying for the heat level.
